Sales Coordinator, Intern Queen

IQ Agency is hiring an sales coordinator. Ideal candidate has 2-5 years sales experience and existing relationships with brands/agencies that market to the 18-24 demo. Candidate must be comfortable with pitching, cold-emailing, CRM systems, creative thinking/brainstorming/planning, and able to self-motivate.
The position is remote.
Responsibilities:
· Cold email pitches using company prospecting tool
· Appointment setting (phone, zoom)
· Research-based phone calls (when necessary)
· Creative prospecting (finding innovative ways to target new brands)
· Tracking all outgoing + incoming sales leads (via CRM)
· Working directly with sales + operations team to report back on metrics, successes, general feedback
· Communicating with a sales team on a daily basis
· Communicating with operations team biweekly and on an as-needed basis to ensure proper support
· Working directly with project coordinator + marketing team when programs are sold, staying involved with campaigns to track/ensure success
